How we help

Care and support, shaped around the person

From a little help at home to round-the-clock supported living, we provide as much or as little support as each person needs.

Supported living

Two welcoming homes where young adults are supported to live with as much independence as possible.

Outreach & community support

The same person-centred support we give in our homes, brought to you — in your own home and out in the community.

Daily living & life skills

Prompting and hands-on help with cooking, household tasks, money and the routines of independent living.

Community access

Getting out and about with support — activities, appointments, hobbies and a social life.

Personal care & medication

Trained, sensitive support with personal care and medication, including people with more complex needs.

Communication support

Patient, person-led support for both verbal and non-verbal individuals.

Who we support

We support young adults with learning disabilities, autism and related needs — including more complex conditions and medication — communicating in whatever way works best for each person, both verbal and non-verbal.

Our homes

Real homes, built around the people who live in them

We have a number of welcoming homes — terraced, two-storey houses with private bedrooms, comfortable communal areas and a secure garden. For years we have supported young adults with learning disabilities and autism to live well within our local community.

Our whole approach is built on one idea: helping each person live as independently as possible, with respect and dignity in everything we do.
