Our trained staff are on call throughout the week (including weekends) through our Home Care Service Outreach. We have trained staff on-site with access to transport and are able to help individuals live more independent lifestyles by providing support on location and at the clients current home/residence. Alternatively we provide transport and support to individuals who need access into the wider Hampshire community.
