As a client you will benefit from a range of accredited support and care services, all our care packages are designed to fit around needs of the individual user. Our services are available to adults living/requiring support within the Hampshire area.

Our service is available to young adults and the elderly (minimum age of 18 years old).

Primary Access can provide as much or as little support as required. We can provide 24 hour care throughout the week (including weekends). We have a team of highly trained staff including qualified nurses, Support workers trained in caring for arrange of  mental illnesses, physical disabilities and learning disabilities including Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Autism.


We can provide a range of services catered to varying levels of care. From visits providing personal care only, providing social care/companionship. Packages that include support with accessing the wider Hampshire community for example going shopping, support accessing the local gym, swimming pool or cinema.

To high level care packages using our team of qualified nurses. Such as providing aftercare when leaving hospital or a nursing/care home. This service allows you the time to recover or to continue care within your own home, giving you peace of mind that you are receiving the same level of care and promoting recovery by regaining your independence.

About Primary Access

Our clients benefit from a wide range of accredited support and care services. All services are Person-Centred and therefore designed to fit the needs of the individual user. Our trained staff are on call throughout the week (including weekends) through our Home Care Service Outreach. We have trained staff on-site with access to transport and are able to help individuals live more independent lifestyles by providing support on location and at the clients current home/residence. Alternatively we provide transport and support to individuals who need access into the wider Hampshire community.
